Volume pricing from £79–£99 per trainer (vs £249 retail), one consolidated invoice with NET30 terms, bulk onboarding and verification, direct line to the founder. For training companies, NHS trusts, and care home groups.
Frequently asked questions
Is there really no card needed for the trial?
Correct. Sign up, start the 14-day trial, and we won't ask for a card until you choose to subscribe at the end. You'll get reminder emails a few days before the trial ends.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of the current month — no further charges.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata charge. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal.
Are there any setup fees or commission?
No setup fees. No commission on bookings. The monthly subscription is the only fee — your booking fees go directly to you.
What if I need more than 5 course listings on Basic?
Upgrade to Pro for unlimited course listings — or stick to your most-booked 5 on Basic. Most starting trainers stay well within the limit.
