1. About FindHealthcareTrainer

FindHealthcareTrainer ("we", "us", "our") is an online marketplace that connects healthcare trainers with trainees and care providers across the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our platform at findhealthcaretrainer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Healthcare Trainers

If you register as a Healthcare Trainer, you agree that:

• All qualifications, certifications, and experience listed on your profile are accurate and verifiable
• You hold all necessary insurance and accreditations required to deliver healthcare training in the UK
• You are responsible for the quality and safety of all training delivered
• FindHealthcareTrainer is a marketing and listing platform only — we are not liable for your training delivery
• A monthly subscription fee applies (Basic £59, Pro £149, Premium £399 + VAT where applicable)
• Subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for new accounts

4. Trainees & Care Providers

Trainee and Care Provider accounts are free. By using the platform to find training, you acknowledge that:

• FindHealthcareTrainer does not independently verify trainer qualifications
• You should carry out your own due diligence before booking any training
• Any training agreement is between you and the trainer directly

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Trainer subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

6. Reviews

Trainees may submit reviews for trainers they have trained with. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and not defamatory. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these standards. Trainers may not post fake reviews of themselves or competitors.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to circumvent payment by contacting trainers off-platform to avoid subscription fees
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without our written permission
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt platform services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FindHealthcareTrainer — including our logo, design, and software — is owned by us or licensed to us. Trainer profiles and content remain the property of the trainer. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, FindHealthcareTrainer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
